At West Suburban Medical Center, volunteers play a meaningful role in helping us provide personalized, quality care for our patients. Their important daily contributions benefit employees, patients and visitors alike.

A wide range of volunteer opportunities are available throughout the hospital for caring, dependable adults and high school students who are at least 14 years of age. Some of these opportunities include: lobby desk information, wheelchair transportation, nursing units, gift cart, child care and gift shop.
